Screening is already slow. Most AI tools add billing math on top of that.
Manual screening doesn't scale
You receive 60 CVs for a senior role and have a client call in three hours. Reading every CV isn't possible. Skimming rapidly has a cost: missing someone good, or shortlisting someone weak.
Token pricing makes costs unpredictable
Most AI screening tools bill in tokens or credits. You can't tell how much an analysis will consume, the real cost of screening is hard to estimate, and credits can run out in the middle of a hiring process.
Keep every role, candidate, risk, and next step under control.
Move from CV review to client shortlist without losing the story behind each candidate. The tool organizes the signal β you make the call.

AI recruitment without the token math
Most AI platforms make you calculate credits, tokens, or how many actions an analysis will consume. Recruiters should not need to understand AI billing just to evaluate candidates.
Hirelyzer is structured around the way recruiters already work: by hiring role. You know what you are paying for before you begin, so you can focus on reviewing candidates rather than monitoring AI consumption.
Traditional AI pricing
- Unclear token consumption
- Credit bundles and usage meters
- Difficult-to-predict costs
- Different actions consume different amounts
- Risk of running out of credits during a hiring process
Hirelyzer pricing
- Pricing based on hiring roles
- Clear cost before starting
- No token calculations
- No separate AI credit packs
- Predictable recruiting budget
No tokens to monitor. No credit bundles to purchase. No surprise AI usage calculations.
Role-based pricing vs. token-based pricing
How Hirelyzer compares with typical token-based AI recruitment tools.
| Criterion | Typical token-based tools | Hirelyzer |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing basis | Tokens, credits, or metered usage | Hiring roles |
| Cost visibility | Known after usage | Visible before you start |
| Need to understand tokens | Yes, consumption varies per action | No token knowledge required |
| Risk of credits running out | Can happen mid-process | No separate credit balance |
| Budget predictability | Varies with usage | Predictable per role or plan |
| Fit with recruiter workflow | Built around AI usage | Built around hiring roles |
Tokens are units many AI platforms use to calculate consumption. The amount used can vary with document length, candidate volume, and the type of analysis performed. Hirelyzer removes that calculation from the recruiter's experience by organizing pricing around hiring roles instead.

Frequently asked questions
What are AI tokens?
Tokens are units many AI providers use to measure how much text a model processes, and most AI tools bill by them β so costs vary with document length and usage. Hirelyzer does not bill by tokens: you pay per hiring role or through a monthly plan.
Do I need to buy tokens or credits?
No. Hirelyzer has no token or credit system. You either purchase a single role or subscribe to a monthly plan that includes a set number of roles.
Will a longer CV consume more of my plan?
No. Plan usage is counted per hiring role, not per page or document length. Analyzing a longer CV does not consume more of your plan.
Can I know the cost before uploading candidates?
Yes. The cost is the single-role price or your plan's monthly price, shown before checkout β it does not change based on how the analysis runs.
What happens if I upload many candidates?
Each role supports batch uploads within your plan's per-role candidate capacity, and adding more CVs to an existing role does not consume another role. Fair-use limits apply to keep processing reliable for everyone.
Are there additional AI usage charges?
No. You pay the plan or role price shown at checkout. There are no separate AI usage or token charges on top of it.
What counts as a 'role'?
One active job description you're screening against. You can analyse as many CVs as you need against each role.
Do unused monthly roles roll over to the next month?
No. Monthly roles are renewed each billing cycle and do not accumulate. For example, if your plan includes 10 roles per month and you use 7, the remaining 3 roles do not become extra credits in the next month.
How long is my analysis data retained?
Analysis results are retained for 30 days after creation. After that period, the data is automatically deleted. We recommend downloading your PDF reports before the retention period expires.
Is my candidates' data safe?
Yes. Hirelyzer uses Azure OpenAI, hosted in the United States, with encryption in transit and at rest. Your CV data is never used to train AI models. GDPR compliant.
